Access to Justice
The interests of small-scale fishing communities are often marginalized in the formulation of marine and fisheries resource management policies. Besides, they are also often confronted with the limitation of resources to be able to obtain a smooth livelihood in the sea. In this context, the Center for Maritime Studies for Humanity is committed to providing access to justice for sustainable and responsible management of marine resources and fisheries.
